The products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization email with detailed instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges
